Our Founder, Matthew Griffith, has operated in various roles within the Food and Beverage industry for over 15 years.  Functioning in nearly every variety of the industry, Matthew has worked within fine dining, casual dining, quick serve, grab-and-go, and coffee.

 

​From Human Resources to Operations, from Purchasing to Learning and Development, Matthew prides himself on being the hospitality jack-of-all-trades.

 

​He believes that the foundation of any organization that aims to be people-focused starts with ensuring that every employee is heard and acknowledged in an equitable, relatable, and actionable way.​

 

A native New Yorker, Matthew currently resides in Brooklyn and is an avid reader, Jazz enthusiast, and self-proclaimed whiskey aficionado.
